("AGNC" or the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $1.40 per share for the second quarter 2010. The dividend is payable on July 28, 2010 to common shareholders of record as of June 30, 2010, with an ex-dividend date of June 28, 2010.
