As part of this agreement, D-BOX has created motion effects for ten short film and sold motion systems contributing to the launch of a new therapeutic simulation concept or "Therapeutic Motion Simulation(TM)" (TMS). By acting in perfect synchronicity with D-BOX Motion systems integrated into a mechanical support, this new application may contribute to better the lives of thousands of ill people by combining therapy and recreational activities. Simply stated, the objective is to bring the immersive experience to the patient versus the traditional model of bringing the patient to the experience. As an example and following a series of tests conducted since the end of 2009, it was demonstrated that these types of systems may allow autistic children to replicate the beneficial effect of horse riding at a fraction of the cost of a real life experience.
