(BELV.OB) is pleased to announce that effective at the open of business on June 28, 2010, its common stock will become eligible for quotation on the OTC Bulletin Board under the name Global Security Agency Inc. and the trading symbol "GSAG". The name and symbol change are scheduled to occur following FINRA's processing of the company's January 25, 2010 and May 18, 2010 corporate actions.
On January 25, 2010, the company completed a merger with its wholly owned subsidiary, Global Security Agency Inc., and assumed the subsidiary's name by filing Articles of Merger with the Nevada Secretary of State, and on May 18, 2010, the company effected a consolidation of its common stock on a 1:10 basis, without any change to its authorized capital or the par value of its common stock.
