Earlier this year, CNA announced the opening of its new Western Service Center in Colorado. Today, the commercial insurer unveiled that the permanent location of the Service Center will remain within its existing Denver branch office in Littleton, CO. Once the Service Center is opened with full functionality in 2011, it will triple the square footage and quadruple the employee size of the branch.
The decision to expand the space at the current location comes after months of review of several key locations across the Littleton area. The selected space enables operations within the Service Center to continue without interruption of work flow or disruption of customer service.
Over the next year, the Service Center will gradually implement a portion of CNA's Worldwide Operations (WWO) and Claim Express capabilities beyond current locations in Maitland, FL, Chicago, IL and Reading, PA. To date, WWO has filled more than 30 positions within its Customer Support Center, Small Business Center and Middle Market Policy Processing. Ultimately, the Service Center will feature claim handling, policy processing, a Call Center as well as billing and collections to offer CNA producers and customers greater overall operational effectiveness and improved business continuity.
Located at 10375 Park Meadows Drive in Littleton, CO, the Service Center will create approximately 300 positions and provide increased career path options for employees within WWO, as well as Claim and Underwriting support operations.
