Edmunds.com, the premier online resource for automotive information, has reorganized its editorial department to maximize the team's strengths. The group sits within the 100-person Content department of the company, which is managed by Senior Vice President Jane Liu, PhD.
Scott Oldham has been promoted to Editor In Chief of Edmunds.com Consumer Media Properties, becoming responsible for the editorial staff of 32 as well as the editorial content development and publication for both Edmunds.com and Insideline.com. Combined, the two sites receive about 17 million visitors per month and serve about 200 million page views per month.
Karl Brauer has been given new challenges and opportunities as Senior Analyst and Editor at Large. In this role, he asserts his expertise more directly through the company's expanded video initiatives, media relations efforts and new technology platform ventures.
Ed Hellwig has been promoted to InsideLine.com Editor and will lead the team that produces content for the award-winning auto enthusiast Web site.
Michael Jordan has been appointed Executive Editor of Edmunds.com and will manage the site's lauded vehicle reviews and coverage of technology and news.
Paul Seredynski continues to serve as Edmunds.com's Executive Editor and will now focus on managing the popular Edmunds Daily blog and consumer advice features. Reporting to Paul is Features Editor Carroll Lachnit, who just joined the Edmunds.com team after serving as Executive Editor for Workforce Management.
