ORRVILLE, Ohio, July 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of directors of The J. M. Smucker Company declared a $0.40 per share dividend on the common shares of the Company to be paid on Wednesday, September 1, 2010, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Friday, August 13, 2010.
