("Webb"), a South-Florida-based public accounting firm, had accepted an engagement as the Company's new independent auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2010. Webb replaces the Company's previous independent auditors, Greenberg & Company, LLC ("Greenberg"), effective with the Company's second fiscal quarter of 2010. The Company will retain Greenberg's services for financial advisory matters.
