The record date for the distributions is August 24, 2010, and the payable date is August 31, 2010. The ex-date is August 20, 2010. The distribution per share for each Fund is as follows:

At this time the Funds believe that a portion of the August distribution August be comprised of amounts from sources other than net investment income.
