VANCOUVER, Aug. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Carbon Friendly Solutions Inc. (TSX Venture Exchange: CFQ) ("CFS" or the "Company") (http://www.carbonfriendly.com/) announces that it proposes to extend the expiry date of its 2,072,500 outstanding common share purchase warrants issued as part of a private placement on August 29, 2008 (the "Warrants"); presently scheduled to expire on August 29, 2010; to August 29, 2012. The exercise price for the Warrants remains at $0.75 per common share. The total number of Warrants issued pursuant to the private placement was 2,072,500. No Warrants have been exercised to date.
The extension of the expiry date of the Warrants is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
