Working experience and occupation(s) during the past 10 years *	Mr Pang took up the post as President Asia Region in Downer EDi in Sep 2008. Prior to this he held the position of President & CEO of CPG Corporation from Jan 2005 to Aug 2008. He was trained as an Electrical Engineer from University of Canterbury, New Zealand, under Colombo Plan Scholarship. Upon graduation with Honours, he returned to Singapore to serve in the former Public Works Department (PWD) in 1979. As the Chief Electrical Engineer of PWD, he provided electrical engineering consultancy services to government development projects including offices, hospitals, checkpoints, schools and army camps. Mr. Pang was also involved in Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 2 Development and he was the project leader for the transit system, Changi Skytrain, linking Terminals 1 and 2 of Singapore Changi Airport. When PWD was corporatised in April 1999, Mr Pang was responsible for setting up the Business Development Unit for the newly corporatised PWD Corporation. During this period, he was the Deputy CEO in CPG Consultants and Executive VP (Business Development) in CPG Corporation. His efforts in spearheading the PWD Corp's venture into the China market made significant inroads for the company. Besides China, Mr Pang also led his BD team to expand into India, Middle East and the ASEAN market. Mr Pang has also been very involved in technical advisory committee works. He served in committees under Singapore Polytechnic, Ngee Ann Polytechnic and Temasek Polytechnic. He also served as member and chairman of technical committees for Singapore Institute of Standards and Industrial Research. He has also spoken at seminars organised by the National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore Management University, Building and Construction Authority and the Society of Project Managers.
