China Green Agriculture, Inc. to Host Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2010 Results Conference Call on September 1, 2010 at 4:00p.m. EDT

XI'AN, China, Aug. 25 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China Green Agriculture, Inc. (NYSE: CGA; "China Green Agriculture" or "the Company"), a leading producer and distributor of humic acid ("HA") based compound fertilizer, blended fertilizer, organic compound fertilizer and mixed organic-inorganic compound fertilizer through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Shaanxi TechTeam Jinong Humic Acid Product Co., Ltd. and Beijing Gufeng Chemical Products Co., Ltd., today announced that it will release its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2010 financial results on Wednesday, September 1, 2010 after the market close. In conjunction, the Company will host a conference call to discuss these results.

The conference call will take place at 4:00p.m. EDT (or 10:00a.m. HST) on Wednesday, September 1, 2010.
