NEW YORK, Aug. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cohen & Steers, Inc. announced today that a class-action lawsuit has been filed in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, New York County, with respect to Cohen & Steers Infrastructure Fund, Inc. (the "Fund"). In addition to the Fund, the named defendants include the officers of the Fund, Cohen & Steers Capital Management, Inc. and CNS.
