Tennis Pro Janko Tipsarevic Relies on Oakley True Digital Corrective Lenses in Key U.S. Open Victory

FOOTHILL RANCH, Calif., Sept. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Oakley, Inc. today announced that tennis pro Janko Tipsarevic relied on Oakley's groundbreaking new prescription lens technology as he defeated number-nine ranked Andy Roddick in the second round of the U.S. Open Tournament. Oakley True Digital(TM) corrective lenses with Oakley Dual-Peripheral Technology(TM) gave Tipsarevic unparalleled levels of precision and accuracy in vision as he advanced to the third round for the first time in his career. He is among the first athletes to utilize the new technology on the world stage. Oakley True Digital eyewear is scheduled to launch in North America in the fourth quarter of this year.
