AgFeed Industries, Inc. Announces Update Regarding Meeting Location for Annual Meeting of Stockholders

NEW YORK, Sept. 11 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- AgFeed Industries, Inc. , one of the largest independent hog production and animal nutrient companies in China, announced today that due to facility issues, it will host its annual meeting of stockholders on the scheduled date, September 15, 2010, at The Westin Hotel, Georgian Room, located at 99 S. 17th Street at Liberty Place, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (between Market and Chestnut Street) rather than The Armory of the First Troop Philadelphia City Cavalry, located at 22 S. 23rd Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. For technical reasons, the meeting will briefly be commenced at The Armory at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time as originally scheduled, but adjourned promptly to reconvene at The Westin Hotel at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time in order to commence its regular annual meeting program. Attendees should proceed directly to The Westin Hotel. AgFeed representatives will be posted at the entrance of the Armory from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Eastern Time to direct attendees to The Westin Hotel.
