TORONTO, NEW YORK, Sept. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Micromem Technologies Inc. (the "Company") (CNSX: MRM, OTCBB: MMTIF) announces the issuance of 192,307 common shares of the Company in settlement of a debt, to an arm's length party, in the amount of US$50,000.
The price of the shares issued is US$0.26 per share. The shares issued are subject to resale restrictions under applicable securities laws.
