True Green Energy Group Hits Pay Dirt Worldwide With Mountains of Gold in Trash

MANILA, Philippines, Oct. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Turning garbage into energy calls to mind the 1980s film "Back to the Future," which inspired whimsical images of future cars powered on waste. Since that time, the technology for turning trash waste into electricity and biofuel has become a reality. In just the past decade, research and experimentation has brought cleaner and more efficient conversion systems.

Turning "MSW" municipal solid waste and commercial waste into electricity and biofuel will drastically reduce dependency on foreign oil. More over it also encouraged the innovation and the invention of the Biosphere MKV5.

"True Green Energy Group" is now building the site where the Biosphere MKV5 will be deployed. The Biosphere Green Energy System now takes Trash from being a liability to an asset, providing a clean source of energy that can be used by simply reclaiming the dumpsite. The fact is TGEG is a modern day gold minor. The only difference is the gold, which is trash, is both below and above ground and everyone is giving it to our company for free, and in most cases paying us to take it in the form of tipping fees. The Biosphere MKV is a green energy machine turning trash into electricity with zero waste and zero emission without the use or need for foreign oil or gasoline.

TGEG and its Pioneer shareholders have contracts to build Green energy power plants in many countries around the world. Ronald Flynn who is the founder and C.E.O. of TGEG has made it possible that anyone can view the construction of the Green Energy sites by simply going to the company's web site at http://www.tgeg.asia/ and downloading the CCTV cameras.

In the month of September TGEG finally had the Material recycling facility released from the ports of manila this MRF system is state of the art equipment and works with the entire biosphere system. This MRF system will recycle more than 750 tons of MSW per day. The entire system is now inside the TGEG/SBSC power plant compound and will be assembled in Mid October 2010.

The project is a partnership between the city of San Fernando and Spectrum Blue Steel Corporation. SBSC is the license holder for the deployment of the Biosphere MKV5 system, while TGEG is the owner of SBSC. The Biosphere system is integrated with three steam turbines and 3 boiler systems each producing 2.5 mega watts per hour on each steam turbine.

This power plant is a 3000 square meter facility located at the mega dike in San Fernando adjacent to the landfill site. The green energy recycling center and power plant will be delivering power to the city of San Fernando Pampanga by 2011.

TGEG has been diligent in negotiating contracts to own and control landfill sites and dump site zones in the Philippines as well as Brazil and many other countries. Recently TGEG asked for an outside evaluation firm named ValuCorp http://www.valucorp.com/ to give an evaluation of the company and what it was worth as well as the combined historical & projected financial statements along with the Actual December 31, 2009 tax return, as estimated through December 31, 2010 as projected through December 31, 2014, and the calculation of fair market value as of September 28, 2010.

ValuCorp Calculation of Fair Market Value was expresses as a single dollar amount of $5,235,215,734 and was based upon all the information provided by True Green Energy Group and Spectrum Blue Steel Corporation as well as other sources of information that ValuCorp deemed to be an appropriate analysis. The revenue was based on the current sites in the Philippines such as San Fernando, Santa Rosa, Naga, Dumagueta, Tanjay, and Bayawan City. In addition to cities in Brazil such as Goiania - Goias, Cristalina - Goias Rio de Janeiro, Palmas - Tocantins.

True Green Energy Group and Spectrum Blue Steel are partners with Voga Brazil and will be in international semblance with government bodies and officials of Brazil for the immediate deployment of the Biosphere systems beginning October 5, 2010. TGEG is a Seychelles corporation with offices in the Philippines located in Makati and Clark Pampanga. It also has offices in Sweden, Brazil, Canada, and soon will have offices in Austria and Germany.

True Green Energy Group is also a member of the Police Rotary Club of the Philippines and is an honorary club member for its development and growth in helping people and the country. Ronald Flynn, the founder of TGEG said, "Getting rid of the landfill sites is only one issue, the most important issue is to help the children who are working in these dangerous landfills. We must give the scavengers; mothers, and father's jobs so then can support their children. We must do this in a manner that is safe for the environment and that will help secure a wonderful green planet for future generations.

With the alarming effects of global warming, the demand for green energy worldwide is gargantuan. We cannot deny the fact that our resources are gradually depleting which makes it difficult to sustain our need for energy. Today's headlines also make it clear. We need a sustainable, affordable source of energy that protects the environment and meets the needs of nearly 7 billion - and growing - aspiring, remarkable humans. That is why True Green Energy Group (TGEG) takes the initiative to deliver a solution to this problem."

TGEG realizes that with so many countries and governments stammering to sign contracts for the deployment of the MRF system and the Biosphere MKV5 green energy power plant, it needed to go public in order to get the immediate funds needed to finance this multi billion dollar green energy giant. The fact is TGEG started the process to go public months ago and should be making a world announcement very soon.

The waste problem has been a long time burden in the Philippines, which ruined the livelihood and lives of many Filipinos. According to the DENR, 6,700 tons of garbage is being generated in the NCR (National Capital Region) alone every day, only 10% is being recycled and the remaining 90% goes straight to dumpsites, rivers and streets, which affects the environment and the public health. To address this matter; TGEG in association with SBSC strives to make a difference by deploying the biosphere technology while encouraging local government units to unite with the advocacy of our company in building a zero waste society for a cleaner and greener future.

This Zero Waste Philippines Project is set to establish in ten years 1500 waste-to-energy (WTE) gasification facilities in 1700 towns and cities in the Philippines, with its ultimate vision to be the leader in the economically viable and environmentally sustainable waste-to-energy gasification projects.

TGEG/SBSC strategy is to "de-carbonize" the electric power generation industry by shifting to non-fossil fuel-based energy sources, specifically energy-from-waste. This follows the American Energy Policy Act of 2005 which confirmed energy-from-waste is renewable, and the Philippine Renewable Energy Law (RA 9513) of the Philippines. Spectrum is a domestic corporation duly registered under the laws of the Philippines and holds a license to the Biosphere Technology from Global Environmental Energy Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GEECF). Global is a fully integrated energy company whose interests include electrical power generation, oil and gas exploration and production, clean coal and waste management technologies.
