HOUSTON, Oct. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Vanguard Natural Resources, LLC ("Vanguard") announced today that its board of directors has declared a cash distribution attributable to the third quarter of 2010 of $0.55 per unit ($2.20 on an annual basis) payable on November 12, 2010 to unitholders of record on November 5, 2010. Based on Vanguard's closing unit price on October 19, 2010 of $25.23 and an annualized distribution of $2.20 per unit, new investors can earn an attractive tax-deferred yield of approximately 8.7%.
