The dividend is payable November 23, 2010 to shareholders of record on November 10, 2010. The board of directors also declared the regular quarterly cash dividends on the company's various perpetual preferred shares. The cash dividend on the Series A, C, and E shares are payable on December 15, 2010 to shareholders of record on December 1, 2010.
