Boston Sports Clubs Team Up With The Boston Celtics / Celtics Dance Team To Lead Newly Created Workout Throughout NBA Season

BOSTON, Nov. 1, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Boston Sports Clubs and the Boston Celtics Dancers join forces once again, offering Bostonians a chance to dance with the pros. This NBA season, Boston Sports Clubs will offer a 50-minute, dance-based, cardio workout led by dance team members. The class will be FREE to the public and open to non-members.

The dance workout, choreographed by Celtics dance coach Marina Ortega is designed for all fitness levels. During the cardio dance class, participants will learn the moves seen every game on the Garden's sidelines. The monthly master class will kick off today, Monday, November 1st at 5:30pm at the Wellington Circle Boston Sports Clubs location. While not teaching classes, the Boston Celtics Dancers also use the Boston Sports Clubs facilities to train, revise and perfect their routines.
