Mr. Little brings extensive business and public company experience in the Media sector. For the past five years Mr. Little has been working with Intelimax as a consultant doing corporate development activities that include; company financing, marketing, and investor relations. From 1999 to 2005 Mr. Little was Director and provided Corporate Development services for Stream Communications Network & Media Inc. ("Stream"), where the company raised over $20 million USD in debt and equity. During his time with the Company, Stream grew from start up to over 60,000 Revenue Generating Units in the cable television sector in Poland. From 1993 to 1999 Mr. Little was Vice President and Director of Trooper Technologies Inc. a TSX.V listed company operating in the environmental waste management sector.
Resignations
Intelimax announces the resignation of Raymond Slee from all officer and director positions in the Company. Mr. Slee will continue to oversee the management and development of the Inteli-gaming Platform a position he has held since 2007.
