Whenever customers pay by Visa or MasterCard at Mister Minit outlets, the transaction is immediately processed and settled by Wirecard Bank AG. The same applies to payments using the Maestro card. As part of the current Acquiring agreement, MINIT Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG in Monheim has simultaneous access to the account management system of Munich-based Wirecard AG. This enables merchants to view their daily updated terminal sales via the central web-based application. They are also given assistance in managing their transactions.

MISTER MINIT is placed inside shopping centers, supermarkets or subway stations at key locations. With some 250 shops and 500 employees as well as 60 franchisees across Germany, this enterprise has developed into one of the leading providers of handy services such as quick shoe repairs in Germany. At MISTER MINIT branches throughout Germany, terminals from Wirecard Retail Services GmbH have been accepting ec cash payments for years.
