I.C. Isaacs & Company, Inc. Name Changed to Passport Brands, Inc.

NEW YORK, Jan. 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- I.C. Isaacs & Company, Inc., (Pink Sheets: ISAC) today announced it has now officially changed its name to Passport Brands, Inc. The company has applied for and expects to receive a new stock symbol for Passport Brands in the near future. Until that time, "ISAC" will remain the stock symbol for the company.

The name change underscores the Company's evolution from an historical manufacturing business (IC Isaacs had a long history in garment and uniform manufacturing) to one that designs and markets upper- end niche brands. In addition, "Passport Brands" highlights a shift from a single brand business (Marithe+Francois Girbaud) to a multi-branded portfolio model.

To that end, in 2010, the company successfully launched its second brand, Flow Society; lacrosse based lifestyle gear for young men, women and boys, and continues to actively pursue the addition of other high end niche brands to its portfolio. Finally, Passport Brands reflects a more global focus for the company's design, sourcing and brand development efforts.

Bob Stec, President and CEO of Passport Brands, Inc. said, "We are excited with what our new name, logo and identity represent for our company, our direction and our future. The entire staff has worked extremely hard over the last three years to the point where backlog year over year is more than double and we can now clearly focus on our new direction and the growth and development of the Passport Brands platform and the continued improvement of our operating results."
