(NYSE Amex: TPI), a pharmaceutical company that specializes in patented biopharmaceutical, modernized traditional Chinese medicine, branded generics and other pharmaceuticals today announced that the Company's 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held at New York Stock Exchange Conference Room 632 on Monday, March 21, 2011, at 10:00 am (EST).

Tianyin's Board of Directors has established Friday, February 4, 2011, as the record date for determining stockholders entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting.

Stockholder proposals must be received no later than Tuesday, February 8, 2011, in order to be considered for inclusion in the Company's proxy statement or to be presented at the Annual Meeting.
