XCHANGING APPOINTS HEAD OF INVESTOR RELATIONS

 

LONDON, 24 January 2011 - Xchanging (LSE: XCH), a global business processor, has appointed Alexandra Hockenhull as Head of Investor Relations. Alexandra will be responsible for spearheading all activities relating to the investor and analyst community. She will be based in London and will report to Ken Lever, Chief Financial Officer.

 

Alexandra is a senior investor relations and corporate communications executive with twelve years' in-house experience working with listed companies and nine years of consulting experience. She started her career in fund management in the City of London working for Charterhouse Japhet. She has previously held senior corporate communications roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Medeva PLC and Delta PLC.

 

Alexandra is a Fellow, and was a Director and Committee Chairman of the Investor Relations Society in the UK for over ten years, and latterly the Deputy Chairman. In 1997, she was awarded one of the first six Fellowships by the Investor Relations Society. Alexandra also sits on the Markets and Regulations committee of the Quoted Companies Alliance.
