Issue of Equity and change in significant shareholding
dotDigital Group Plc (the "Company") announces that 25 million ordinary shares
of 0.1p each ("New Ordinary Shares") have been issued at a price of 0.1p per
share, pursuant to the exercise of share warrants. The warrants were granted
during June 2007, prior to the reversal of dotmailer Limited into the Company,
then named West End Ventures plc.
25 million New Ordinary Shares will be admitted to trading on PLUS and dealings
are expected to commence immediately.
The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following the above issue will be
1,333,193,658.
As a result of the above share issue, Christopher Potts has increased his
shareholding in the Company to 75 million ordinary shares, representing 5.6% of
the enlarged issued ordinary share capital.
