LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM -- (Marketwire) -- 02/13/11 -- Today, Sunday 13 February 2011, Victoria Beckham launches her Autumn/Winter 2011 collection in New York. The former spice girl launched her fashion business with her partner and mentor Simon Fuller in 2006 with a dress collection following in 2008. Since then Victoria has become one of the UK's most admired new designers, and is today revealed as the cover star of the prestigious 20th Anniversary of Allure Magazine in the States. Victoria Beckham's Autumn/Winter 2011 collection, which was created by Victoria at the London HQ that she shares with Simon Fuller's XIX Entertainment business, is strongly anticipated, especially after her 2010 successes in the Fashion Week sphere, and her appearance on the cover of January 2011 British Vogue. Known for her body-con aesthetic, fluidity and asymmetry, Beckham promises more of her signature chic, interesting cuts, beautiful fabrics and clever use of drapery. In order to talk further about her new collection, Victoria will be appearing on US TV on both Monday 14 and Tuesday 15 February, where viewers can learn more about her influences and understand the inspiration for the stunning new collection. Friend and business partner, Simon Fuller, comments:
"I am delighted to be in partnership with Victoria Beckham. This is her 6th season and it's amazing to see how her collection has grown in that short time and how she is evolving as a respected designer. She has found her vocation now and will continue to go from strength to strength."
