Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (NYSE: PEI) today announced that its Board of Trustees has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share, the Company's 136th consecutive distribution since its initial dividend paid in August of 1962. The dividend will be paid on March 15, 2011 to common shareholders of record on March 1, 2011.
