IKON placed first in The New York Law Journal's first annual rankings survey, first in The Connecticut Law Tribune's sixth annual readers poll, and in California, first place in The Recorder's fourth annual The Best issue. Each ballot consisted of approximately 40 categories encompassing areas such as Technology, Research, Accounting, Insurance, Financial Services, Litigation Support, Education, Recruiting and Staffing. Once voting was completed, the ballot was scrubbed of all non-eligible, non-end-user votes. The final totals and rankings reflect only the votes cast by legitimate end-users.
These polls are not meant to be scientific surveys of marketplace size or sales, but rather measures of the loyalty and satisfaction readers have with vendors.
