Optametra, a leading supplier of coherent lightwave signal analyzers, will demonstrate its latest OM4106B Coherent Lightwave Signal Analyzers at OFC/NFOEC 2011, Los Angeles Convention Center, Booth 1316, March 8-10, 2011, highlighting the capabilities of this instrument for serial communications analysis in fiber at 100 Gb/s and beyond.
Leading features of the OM4106B include over 32 GHz bandwidth, frequency response equalized to a standard filter shape, industry-leading Tailor Made™ Signal Analysis Suite, the most relevant information displays, and the widest laser linewidth tolerance, all accelerating productivity in R&D and manufacturing. While the OM4106B has always offered the most relevant modulation formats, Optametra now includes offset-pol QPSK, ODB, and others. Furthermore, Optametra now offers a 23 GHz fully-upgradable version of its OM4106B to reduce start-up costs. Optametra products work with all real-time digitizers (oscilloscopes) and include comprehensive remote access and ATE capabilities for production.
At OFC/NFOEC 2011, Optametra is showing multiple live demonstrations of the OM4106 and its powerful capabilities with different real-time scopes. "Because we are dedicated to coherent, we accelerate the ability of our R&D and manufacturing customers to develop transmission systems at 100 G and beyond," said Rob Marsland, President of Optametra.
