HomeAway, Inc. Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

AUSTIN, Texas, March 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- HomeAway, Inc. announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of shares of its common stock. The number of shares and the price range for the offering has not been determined. The shares will be offered by HomeAway(R) and certain stockholders of HomeAway.
