WASHINGTON, March 13, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Senator Mark Begich (D-Alaska), Rep. Mike Turner (R-Ohio) will meet with local elected leaders to discuss economic recovery in cities during the National League of Cities' (NLC) Congressional City Conference on Monday and Tuesday. First Lady Michelle Obama will also address attendees on Tuesday.
