BOSTON, March 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- A groundbreaking ceremony for the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the United States Senate will be held on Friday, April 8, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. at the future site of the Institute adjacent to the John F. Kennedy Library and Museum on Columbia Point in Dorchester. The event will feature a speaking program, including national, state and local elected officials and members of the Kennedy family followed by the groundbreaking. Approximately 500 invited guests are expected to attend.
