This is a joint press release by Go Acquisition B.V. ("Go Acquisition") and Gamma Holding N.V. ("Gamma Holding").
Delisting of shares in Gamma Holding N.V.
Utrecht and Helmond, 23 March 2011
With reference to the press releases of 6 December 2010, 13 January 2011, 15 February 2011 and 23 February 2011 in connection with the public offer of Go Acquisition for the ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") and ordinary participating preference shares ("Ordinary Preference Shares") in the capital of Gamma Holding N.V., Go Acquisition and Gamma Holding hereby announce that they have submitted a request to NYSE Euronext Amsterdam to delist the Ordinary Shares and Ordinary Preference Shares.
NYSE Euronext Amsterdam has meanwhile confirmed to Go Acquisition and Gamma Holding that it will give its consent to such request.
Delisting will take place on Friday 29 April 2011 and the last day that the Ordinary Shares and Ordinary Preference Shares can be traded on NYSE Euronext Amsterdam will therefore be Thursday 28 April 2011.
As soon as possible, Go Acquisition will initiate squeeze-out proceedings in order to acquire all Ordinary Shares and Ordinary Preference Shares that have not been tendered before.
