The guest speakers include Sheri Robinson from the Institute of Configuration Management (ICM) and Steve Easterbrook from the Configuration Management Process Improvement Center (CMPIC).
ICM's Sheri Robinson currently teaches courses on Configuration Management II (CMII) and has over 25 years of experience in processes, operations, and management.
