NEW YORK, March 25, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- IntraLinks Holdings, Inc. , a leading provider of critical information exchange solutions, today announced that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a proposed follow-on public offering by IntraLinks and certain selling stockholders of an aggregate of 9,000,000 shares of common stock. The number of shares to be offered by IntraLinks and the selling stockholders has not yet been determined. In addition, the selling stockholders propose to grant to the underwriters an option to purchase up to 1,350,000 additional shares to cover any over-allotments.
