Goodwill Tour Begins With L.A. Screenings/Beverly Hills Film Festival

What: Screening of a documentary film on the life of UFC Champion Jens Pulver. Grass roots fundraising tour to benefit youth at-risk programs. Jens Pulver, Gregory Baynes and actor Dylan Bruno will embark on the first stops of a grassroots fundraising tour to benefit local youth-at-risk programs. They are partnering with organizations, coordinating screenings of the documentary and flying to the locations to give live Q&As with at-risk youth.
"We are seeing this unbelievable groundswell of interest from people who want to have the documentary screen in their hometowns, and we are doing everything we can to accommodate them," says actor/exec producer Dylan Bruno.

Why: Jens Pulver battled everyday to stay alive in a home laden with severely violent physical abuse. He fought every day until he became a 2 time UFC World Champion. Gregory Bayne's documentary tells that story. Today, Jens Pulver is still battling, but not with his fists. He battles with his words and emotions that come straight from the heart. He travels the country teaching youth-at-risk that there is hope when you continually fight to make the positive choice. "If it is easy, it is usually wrong," he cautions kids who are teetering on the brink of criminal problems. He tells them about his brother who is serving a life sentence in jail for drug dealing related crime. "We both came from the same home. I'm no saint, but I made the tough choices, Dustin just gave up, and gave in."
