The public warning issued on March 24, 2011 has been expanded to include additional product codes.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is warning people with allergies to peanuts not to consume the Raw Organic Food Bars described below. The affected product contains peanuts which are not declared on the label.
The following Chocolatey Chocolate Chip flavour Raw Organic Food Bars are affected by this alert:

This product is known to have been distributed in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Quebec and Ontario, and may be distributed nationally.
There has been one reported allergic reaction associated with the consumption of this product.
Consumption of this product may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction in persons with allergies to peanuts.
The importers are voluntarily recalling the affected product from the market. The CFIA is monitoring the effectiveness of the recalls.
