The Company announces that on 21 April 2011, Alexandra Gahan, the wife of John Gahan purchased 22,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 45.0p per ordinary share increasing John Gahan and his related party shareholding to 117,833 ordinary shares or 0.33% of the issued share capital of Sprue Aegis plc.
