Board Authorizes up to $175 Million to Repurchase Shares
CACI International Inc (NYSE: CACI), a leading professional services and information technology solutions provider to the federal government, announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the expenditure of up to $175,000,000 for the purchase of the Company's common stock.
The timing and amount of purchases will be as determined by management in consultation with the Board and in such manner as will comply with the provisions of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the applicable rules and regulations. The timing and actual number of shares repurchased will depend on a variety of factors, including price, corporate and regulatory requirements, and other market conditions.
