Fitness Leader Provides Exercise Tips for Busy Moms and Invites them to Work Out for Free
24 Hour Fitness is celebrating Mother's Day this weekend by opening its doors to moms and guests at any one of its more than 420 locations across the U.S.

Families can get a jumpstart on Mother's Day festivities by joining the celebration beginning Friday, May 6 through Sunday, May 8. In addition to offering free workouts to moms and guests, parents will receive Kids' Club babysitting service free of charge and members can bring a guest to their personal training session scheduled during Mother's Day Weekend at no additional cost. As part of this special weekend, select 24 Hour Fitness® clubs will also host a Mother's Day Zumba® class on Saturday, May 7 where one prize per club will be raffled off to Group X® class participants.
