(NYSE: FF) ("FutureFuel"), a manufacturer of custom and performance chemicals and biofuels, today announced that it has filed a prospectus supplement under which it may from time to time over the next three years sell up to 3,000,000 shares of its common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, through an "At-the-Market" Offering (the "Offering"). The shares will be offered through Stifel Nicolaus Weisel, as sales agent.
