Featuring the highest quality in movie projection technology with Sony 4K and RealD 3D, the theatre will bring all of the latest movie releases to the amenity-rich location. The theatre opens for business on Friday, May 20.
Yonkers Mayor Philip A. The new theatre, located at 29 Fitzgerald Street, Yonkers, New York, is the first tenant to open at Westchester's Ridge Hill shopping complex and features 12 auditoriums with wall-to-wall screens. Moviegoers can now enjoy the latest movie releases in comfort with 3,000 custom-designed, deep-cushioned, rocking recliner seats with cup-holder armrests, arranged in a stadium-style layout to provide moviegoers with an unobstructed view of the screen. Each auditorium is equipped with digital projection featuring Sony 4K Digital Technology and Dolby® Digital 7.1 Sound. For 3D movie titles, four screens boast RealD.

The select features are Megamind (12 p.m., rated PG), Despicable Me (2:15 p.m., rated PG) and The Green Hornet (4:30 p.m., rated PG-13). The films will play at the same time each day.
Studio 3, the theatre's full-service restaurant and bar, is the perfect place to enjoy a meal, snack or drink before or after the show. Studio 3's menu features casual meals, sharing platters and innovative signature specialty drinks in a sophisticated setting. A special children's menu is also available. LCD screens situated at the bar and the dining area feature entertainment and sports programming via satellite television. Complimentary WiFi is also available.
In addition to Studio 3, Showcase Cinema de Lux offers a variety of food options including Nathan's® hot dogs, Famous Famiglia Pizza, Pretzel Depot, Ben and Jerry's Gourmet Ice Cream and Starbucks Coffee.
For a limited time, patrons who present their parking garage ticket will receive $2 off any food purchase (excluding alcohol).
