Mr. Ghauri joins the Business Transactions (Oil & Gas) and Project Finance sections in the firm's Houston office. A former petroleum engineer, Mr. Ghauri has more than 20 years of experience in the legal, financial and technical aspects of the oil and gas industry.

Mr. Ghauri regularly handles mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, corporate governance and other finance issues. In addition to his corporate clients, he also represents a variety of oil and gas industry directors, committees and executives.
