BOSTON, June 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Bond and Option Strategies Fund (NYSE: EXD) (the "Fund"), a closed-end management investment company, today declared its quarterly distribution of $0.425 per common share. The distribution is expected to be paid on June 30, 2011, to shareholders of record on June 23, 2011. The ex-date is June 21, 2011.
At this time, the Fund believes that a portion of the June distribution may be comprised of amounts from sources other than net investment income. The final determination of tax characteristics of the Fund's distributions will occur after the end of the year, at which time it will be reported to shareholders.
