During his more than 20-year career, Mr. Hill has advised on transactions in the mid-market, restaurant, and retail segments aggregating over $1.8 billion of transaction value. Prior to joining Innovation Capital, Mr. Hill was Managing Director of Hill Asset Management and Managing Director of the Corporate Advisory Services Group at Krass Monroe, P.A., a leading law firm serving the restaurant and retail segment. He also served as Managing Director in a billion dollar family office investing in the real estate, restaurant, and retail segments.
