BELOIT, Wis., June 30, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Regal Beloit Corporation (NYSE: RBC) today announced that it has entered into a new $500 million five-year unsecured revolving credit facility, which replaced its existing $500 million unsecured revolving credit facility that was set to expire in April 2012.
