"The Radar Online Report" Launches Nationwide

First syndication product of the Cumulus Media and American Media content partnership.

DALLAS, Aug. 2, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- YEA! Network announced today that it has joined forces with Cumulus Media and American Media to launch THE RADAR ONLINE REPORT - a daily entertainment feature that will air on over 150 radio stations nationwide and online at radaronline.com. As the first syndication product of the Cumulus Media/American Media content partnership formed in May 2011, THE RADAR ONLINE REPORT allows Cumulus, American Media and Yea! Network to effectively share content and resources to provide exclusive and in-depth coverage in the world of Pop Culture. This one-minute feature will debut on Top 40 and Hot AC radio stations and will be voiced by Jenna Owens, a cast member of Yea! Network's Kidd Kraddick in the Morning.

Yea! chairman and morning show host Kidd Kraddick said it's the beginning of a great marriage. "Listeners seem to have an insatiable desire for celebrity gossip. Partnering with Radar Online, the fastest growing celebrity website, gives us hot-off-the-web exclusive content and gives listeners the opportunity to be 'in the know.'" Kraddick added that he is thrilled to be working with Cumulus COO John Dickey as well as AMI Chairman David Pecker.

John Dickey comments, "Celebrity and Pop Culture news is news today. The lines have blurred with hard news. The Radar Online Report will keep millions of listeners to our brands in the know. Kidd's support of the Radar Brand lends further credibility to its position as the fastest growing celebrity website in the world."

"Teaming up with Cumulus Media and Kidd Kraddick's Yea! Network is another giant step forward in the evolution of the Radar Online brand," said AMI Chairman David Pecker. "I couldn't ask for better partners to take our content from online to on air.
