Brierley+Partners and GameStop Win at the Loyalty Game: PowerUp Rewards' Hits 12.5 Million Member Mark

PLANO, Texas, Aug. 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Brierley+Partners (B+P) is proud to announce that the PowerUp Rewards' loyalty program, designed and launched in October 2010 with the company's GameStop client, has risen to over twelve and a half million members. In GameStop's earnings call on August 18, CEO Paul Raines stated: "... the digital and loyalty programs we have brought to market continue to gain traction with consumers and position us as a leading partner with publishers."

"We're proud to be a part of this phenomenal success for GameStop," stated B+P President and CEO, Jim Sturm. "PowerUp Rewards was designed to resonate with the gamer audience, and clearly GameStop's customers have embraced the program."

PowerUp Rewards launched utilizing B+Ps' proprietary LoyaltyWare' technology platform. Fast, flexible, and quick to market, LoyaltyWare integrates with existing client systems to bring the requisite functionality and effectively operate a best-in-class CRM/loyalty program - from enrollment and reward redemption, to campaign management and reporting. The flexibility of LoyaltyWare's integration capabilities with GameStop systems allows for real-time communications, providing the right message to the right member at the right time. The program also serves as the foundation for a single-view customer database for GameStop.

Brierley+Partners also supports the PowerUp Rewards program by providing all reward fulfillment services through its Marketing Mail Solutions division. Within its 45,000 square-foot facility, the direct mail professionals at MMS offer full lettershop, pick-and-pack, and database marketing services to execute customized fulfillment programs.

"Brierley has been a great partner from the beginning," said Jenn McMillen, GameStop's division vice president of loyalty and CRM. "Brierley helped us articulate our program, built the technology backbone to support it, and now plays a major role in the day-to-day management and operations of running a world-class loyalty program."
