J C Potter is a leading producer of both Fresh Breakfast Sausage and refrigerated and frozen Breakfast Sandwich products which are sold in major retail grocery outlets throughout the United States.

The "Global Food Safety Initiative" (GFSI) program is a worldwide system that provides independent verification that each certified food processor has initiated and conformed to food safety and food quality international and domestic food safety regulations.
