CSC announced today that it has been selected to join Google's Cloud Transformation Program. As a participant, CSC will help enterprise customers build business solutions that take advantage of the computing power, scalability and security of Google's cloud services. The Cloud Transformation Program highlights Google partners who have expertise and a demonstrated ability to help businesses make the most of their IT investments.
"CSC has a proven track record of applying our business and technology consulting, systems integration proficiency and cloud expertise to help customers use Google cloud platforms on an enterprise-wide scale," said James Cook, president, Business Solutions and Services, CSC. "As an initial member of the Cloud Transformation Program, we are excited to help businesses quickly implement Google's cloud services and accelerate their IT modernization programs, reduce costs and increase agility."
"We're very happy to have CSC as part of the Cloud Transformation Program," said Rahul Sood, Google's Global Head of Enterprise Partnerships. "We're excited to work with CSC to help enterprise customers build mobility solutions, email migration services and customized data migration and collaboration applications — all hosted on Google's cloud infrastructure. CSC has a great record of helping governments and commercial clients in the United States and Europe successfully transition to the cloud."
Going forward, CSC will apply its global technology consulting, cloud implementation expertise and world-class solutions organization to sell and deliver IT solutions based on Google's cloud services.
To date, CSC and Google have worked together on public sector contracts as well as commercial pursuits across Europe and the United States.
